Our Community

We are located right in the center of the Barbee Chain of Lakes. Walking distance to 3 lakes, the new Lakelife Bar and Grill, Danny’s Sports Bar, The Barbee Hotel restaurant and the historic and handy Jot Em Down store. The park itself sits on a hill overlooking the lake neighborhood. Have a picnic in the new park pavilion or enjoy a fire at our community fire pit.

The Barbee Chain of Lakes is a seven lake chain with great fishing, a skiing lake and several 10 mph lakes, for cruising leisurely in your pontoon or kayak. We offer new quality Fairmont Homes in a variety of sizes. All homes are professionally set, with skirting in place and a new private deck. All utilities are hooked up and your new home is ready to move into. Trash pickup and city sewer are provided at no cost, by the park.

Being a small lake park community, our homes give you that tiny home, lake cottage feel. Heart of Barbee Lake Park offers pier spaces available to rent.
