If you do not see a home you like, we have a few empty lots and can order a different model for you!
The Loft
This beautiful blue, new Park Model is a 2023 Fairmont Fairborn. This beautiful home is partially furnished with a sofa with a pull out bed, bar stools and a queen sized bed. The open concept living room/kitchen area has tons of windows and a really cool electric fireplace. You will love the loft area for visitors, Grandkids or just extra storage. This park model will have LP heat, central air and a new deck for soaking up the sun. Coming soon to the park will be a commercial grade water softening system for the entire park.
The Rushville
Another of the brand new mobile homes available is this lovely Fairmont Rushville model. This is a 2023, one bedroom, one bath unit with a nice large great room in the front of the home and a nice sized picture window. The overall dimensions are 35’ 5” X 36’. As with all of the homes in our park this Rushville comes with a wonderful new 24’ X 6’ treated deck for your relaxing or grilling pleasure. This could be your year around tiny home or your vacation get away. The awesome sounds and sights that are part of lake living come free of charge!
Zenas
In our inventory of new homes, we do have a 2 bedroom model. This new home has a wonderful design. The bedrooms are positioned at opposite ends of the home with the kitchen and living room being located in the center. You will love the sliding glass door leading out onto the new 24’ X 6’ treated deck. The exterior design is unique and attractive, boasting a tan base color with white shake accents. This could be an efficient year around home for a small family or the perfect weekend/summer get away!
